WHAT YOU'LL OWN

 - End-to-end outcomes, not tickets. Hypothesis, roadmap, build, metrics, result: you own all of it. You find the highest-impact bets before anyone asks, and you execute. Discovery and delivery are the same job.

 - The hard, ambiguous problems. Form a sharp point of view, validate against the data, ship with conviction, kill it honestly when the numbers disagree.

 - Scope that grows. We point you at the biggest opportunity. As you earn it, that expands across Freecash and into new verticals.
