Basis is looking for a founding brand designer to own how our brand shows up in the world. You'll turn an ambitious company and category narrative into a visual identity that people recognize, trust, and remember.

Basis is positioned to become one of the leading agent labs, so the brand carries two loads: a customer brand and a technical brand. Both have a good baseline. Neither has been pushed as far as it should go. The customer brand also has to carry multiple go-to-market motions, each with a diffe
