ABOUT THE ROLE

Own growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming and user-generated content platform. You will build the creator growth function, working across product, engineering, design, and data to help creators move from discovery to publishing.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

 - Identify growth opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments that improve acquisition, activation, and engagement.

 - Create your own mockups and coded prototypes to test ideas quickly, then partner with front-end engineers to bring successful concepts to production.

 - Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and turn findings into actionable growth strategies.

 - Gather feedback from creators and use it to inform product iterations.

 - Collaborate across engineering, design, and data to shape the roadmap and build a scalable growth function.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 - Two to four years of product management or growth product experience on a consumer product, with hands-on ownership of acquisition, activation, or retention.

 - Experience designing and running growth experiments, analyzing data, and explaining results and learnings.

 - Strong data analytics skills, including experience with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.

 - Ability to prototype product ideas directly using code, scripts, side projects, or AI prototyping tools.

 - Technical product management experience and strong computer science fundamentals.

 - Background in consumer AI, user-generated content, games, creator products, or two-sided platforms is valuable.

 - Hands-on individual contrib
