ABOUT THE ROLE


Nowhere is great products as important as in healthcare. They make the difference between well functioning and catastrophic care. Unfortunately the sector has a very bad history of second-rate digital products to date. This is your chance to change that.

As a Product Manager at Tandem, you’ll own a significant product area, working closely with our Senior Product Managers, CTO, and engineering teams to turn our vision into exceptional products. You’ll drive prioritization and execution, helping build products that will underpin the future of healthcare.

You’ve worked in high-performing product organizations, ideally in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments, and know how to balance long-term thinking with rapid execution. You’re also comfortable getting close to the implementation - understanding technical constraints and occasionally directly contributing with the help of agentic engineering, not because you’re an engineer, but because you care about deeply understanding the pr
