 About the role: 
 The Operations Engineer I role builds, tests, and implements data and technical solutions with a focus on creating efficiency and scale through technology and automation of Oscar’s infrastructure and underlying logic for core insurance functions. 
 You will report into the Manager, Operations Engineering.
 Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
 Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $106,812 - $140,191 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
 Responsibilities: 
• Owns the development to production lifecycle of well-defined tasks to enable operational efficiencies, improve quality, and/or contribute to Oscar’s regulatory or strategic needs
