 As a Senior Product Designer on Badoo, you'll help shape that next chapter. You'll take end-to-end ownership of meaningful surfaces - onboarding, people discovery, chatting,, and the monetisation experiences that sit alongside them - designing for a global, diverse, and value-conscious membership. This is high-craft product design under real-world constraints: a lean, fast-moving team, an experiment-led culture, and a design foundation we're actively rebuilding.
 You'll be a key voice at the intersection of product, engineering, research, and data - balancing sharp product thinking and strong craft with commercial pragmatism and a deep respect for the people who use Badoo. If you're energised by scale, comfortable making trade-offs explicit, and want your work to move both member and business outcomes, this is a rare canvas to work on.
 What You’ll Do
 • Own end-to-end design for multiple Badoo surfaces leading the work from discovery and problem framing through interaction design, visual polish, and delivery.
