RESPONSIBILITIES

 - Build, customize, and maintain infrastructure toolchains. Lead operations automation and intelligent operations initiatives.

 - Investigate technical challenges and resolve complex incidents. Ensure production systems remain secure, stable, and efficient. Provide 24/7 on-call support for production issues.

 - Operate and maintain business systems on public cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure. Resolve system stability issues in production.

 - Write operations documentation and runbooks. Develop operations strategies and standards.

 - Handle cloud security alerts, compliance audits, and related security operations work.

 - Deploy, release, and manage configuration changes for NVT software.
   
   


QUALIFICATIONS

 - Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least five years of DevOps or system operations experience. Cloud certifications such as Alibaba Cloud ACP or AWS Certification are preferred.

 - Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure operations. Familiar with cloud compute, networking, and database services, including EC2/ECS, VPC, NAT, Aurora, and ElastiCache. Strong trou
