 You will: 
• Ensure that Waymo technology programs satisfy the business needs of internal and external users. Duties include: 
• Develop simulator multi-platform strategy in partnership with engineering and product leads, contributing to simulator's long-term vision by defining OKRs, KPIs, roadmap, and success criteria; 
• Execute the foundational world model roadmap to ensure synthetic test suites are reliable, realistic, and representative of real-world performance in support of U.S. and international commercial expansion; 
• Create ML model development plans to improve simulator realism across 3D graphics, physics-based animation, sensor simulation, intelligent agent behavior, reactivity, and data augmentation; 
• Integrate the release process of the core simulator and intelligent simulation realism features with the onboard software release cadence to enhance transparency, compatib
