WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 - At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a related role, including hands-on implementation work.

 - Experience owning end-to-end enterprise implementations, ideally for mid-market customers, and configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents.

 - Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.

 - Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

 - Contact center, conversational AI, call center implementation, or intake operations experience in areas such as legal, insurance, or financial services is helpful.

 - Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment and collaborating across customer and engineering teams.
