ABOUT THE ROLE

Base is looking for a Deployment Operations Specialist (Product Launch) to run the programs that take our newest hardware from pilot into full-scale deployment. You'll own the rollout plan for each new product: what has to be true before it ships wider, who owns each open item, and where the program stands week-to-week.

 

This is an operational coordination role at the center of a technical program. Engineering, field crews, training, and warehousing all touch a new product launch, and you'll be the person keeping them in sync: running intake for field issues, routing each one to the right owner, tracking it to resolution, and reporting on readiness ahead of each new stage of rollout.

 
 


WHAT YOU’LL DO

 - Own the cross-functional rollout plan for new hardware products, tracking from early pilot to broad public launch and flagging risks/blockers along the way.

 - Drive new product readiness across the Deployments teams: field operations, training, logistics, warehousing. Chase down open items that slip.

 - Coordinate pilot builds and installs — scheduling, materials, crew assignments, permitting. Then evolve those processes for deployment at scale.
