Overview 
 Combine Enterprise Systems Engineering with Hands On Customer Delivery.
 Join Esri`s Professional Services team and work directly with mission driven customers to design, deploy, migrate, troubleshoot, and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise environments. 
 You`ll combine hands-on ArcGIS expertise with enterprise IT knowledge across operating systems, cloud, containers, databases, storage, authentication, security, high availability, and disaster recovery. You`ll help customers navigate complex technology environments while building scalable and resilient enterprise GIS solutions.
 Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the St. Louis, MO area for this position. 
 Responsibilities 
• Design and deploy ArcGIS Enterprise environments
• Support enterprise migrations and modernization
• Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues
• Work across Windows, Linux, cloud, and containerized environments
• Support high availability and disaster recovery strategies
• Configure and optimize enterprise ArcGIS systems
• Collaborate directly with customer technical teams
• Provide guidance on deployment practices
• Support advanced upgrades and enterprise system changes
• Help customers adapt their ArcGIS environments as technical needs evolve
 Requirements 
• 5+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting enterprise GIS systems
• Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise
• Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues in server-based systems
• Demonstrated ability to consistently apply a systematic, best practi
