 We’re seeking a Production & Collaboration Technology Lead to own the strategy, delivery, and technology experiences that power how Klaviyos connect, collaborate, and come together globally. This is a role for someone who sees what needs to be better and takes ownership of making it happen. You won’t wait for a roadmap to be handed to you. You’ll understand where we are today, define where we need to go, and drive the work to get us there.
 This is a highly hands-on role with global scope. The ideal candidate is equal parts technical operator, project owner, and experience builder: someone who can set the vision and standards for the function, lead complex initiatives from concept through launch, and personally jump into the work when needed.
