ABOUT THE ROLE

UFORCE is looking for a Product Manager to build a system that brings a unit’s combat operations data into one place, replacing disconnected tools and manual reconciliation.

You’ll own the product from initial scope to daily use in pilot units, aligning delivery across two engineering teams and keeping the user experience consistent.




WHAT YOU’LL DO

 - Define the first-version scope and roadmap, making clear trade-offs between operational needs and engineering capacity.

 - Lead discovery with operational users and turn field observations into focused product workflows.

 - Coordinate delivery across teams, aligning product logic, integrations, priorities, and decision ownership.

 - Partner with engineering and QA to ship usable increments, maintain a reliable release cycle, and validate workflows under degraded connectivity.

 - Establish simple metrics for adoption, delivery predictability, and field-feedback cycle time.

 - Close feedback loops with units,
