JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Enterprise Technology - Enterprise Applications to help build, implement, and scale the technology platforms that support Saronic's rapidly growing business.

This is a hands-on technology leadership role responsible for implementing and managing a broad portfolio of enterprise SaaS and self-hosted applications. The ideal candidate has experience taking enterprise platforms from requirements and evaluation through implementation, integration, adoption, support, and ongoing lifecycle management.

Experience implementing and scaling ITSM platforms and processes is important, but this role extends well beyond ITSM. This person will work across enterprise applications supporting engineering, manufacturing, operations, workplace, and corporate functions.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, fast, adaptable, and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities and requirements evolve quickly. The right person can move between strategy, technical problem-solving, vendor management, implementation, and day-to-day execution without losing momentum.
