We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Rapid Response organization - regionally-based teams in the US, UK, and APAC that keep our customers unblocked around the clock. You’ll manage engineering teams of senior ICs directly, set the technical and operational bar for the group, and make sure work is prioritised correctly across a demanding mix of urgent and long-term needs.
This team sits at the intersection of Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales. Your teams handle urgent pre-sales requests, urgent customer issues, and other customer-driven feature requests, alongside the backend maintenance and integration work that keeps the platform stable. You’ll need to be equally comfortable setting engineering standards, coaching engineers, and triaging competing priorities across time zones.
