Hi, I'm Tom Clark - CIO, CISO, and hx employee #9. I'm the executive in charge of our Systems & Security function. I joined in 2020 at seed stage, and I've been here through Series A, Series B, and everything in between - watching us grow from nine people to more than 250. I’m six years in, and I've never been more excited about what's ahead.

Fun fact: I didn't come from insurance. I came from TV and media - if you've ever used BBC iPlayer, ITVX, or listened to Capital Radio, I helped make them. I ended up in insurance and became, perhaps unexpectedly, one of the industry's biggest cheerleaders.
