TabPFN takes your whole dataset as context and predicts in one forward pass - no training, no tuning - after pre-training only on synthetic data from causal priors. TabPFN v2 was a Nature cover; the open models have 4M+ downloads and run in production from liquid biopsy to rail maintenance. Since July we're an independent lab inside SAP with €1B+ over four years; models stay open-weight and research stays public. We're hiring engineers: Infrastructure Engineer - multi-cluster GPU training on Slurm, GCP today and more providers in 2027. The compute budget is tens of millions a year, and you own it. ML Engineer, Backend - own inference end to end: latency, batching and memory on million-row inputs, across our API, customer VPCs and open weights. Full Stack Developer - the product where data scientists, agents and our models meet. TypeScript/React + Python/FastAPI. Also hiring: Research Scientists and Research Engineers (Foundation Model), Applied Scientist (NYC), PhD research interns, GTM and ops roles.
