The Role

Our CRM team is growing. We’re looking for a Technical CRM Specialist to join our affiliate marketing business in London.



This is an opportunity for someone with some experience with email marketing  and knowledge of HTML, SQL and JavaScript, to support the team in delivering a customer-centric, automated experience across email, SMS, and messaging channels.



In this role, you’ll be supporting the CRM Technical Manager as well as CRM team and its wider ecosystem, using tools such as SparkPost, Email on Acid, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SMS integrations, Adobe Campaign and Rebrandly.



You’ll work on the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives that rely on data and systems so you must have the technical aptitude and knowledge with JavaScript, APIs and ideally base understanding of SQL. This includes managing incoming Jira ticket
