MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 - Contributing to the development of new features and maintaining the existing systems;

 - Delivering high-quality, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code;

 - Taking an active part in technical design decisions, refining processes, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the product;

 - Engaging in and facilitating various team ceremonies and improving processes.


CORE REQUIREMENTS

 - At least 3 years of experience working with PHP and developing codebases written in its frameworks (Symfony, Slim);

 - Solid understanding of OOP, asynchronous programming, and design patterns;

 - Understanding of core CI/CD principles, unit testing, and integration testing;

 - Product engineering mindset, focused on problems, outcomes, and impact.


BONUS POINTS FOR

 - Experience implementing and optimizing secure authentication flows (e.g. OAuth, OIDC, JWT) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions;

 - Hands-on experience using AI tools to augment engineering (e.g. code generation, test creation, performance tuning, and debugging), with strong ownership of outputs and results;

 - Experience with AWS services (e.g. SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, ECS, S3);
