Job Description:
As a Senior Program Manager at Shield AI, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver groundbreaking autonomous systems and software that drive the future of defense technology. You will own end-to-end execution and success of programs, coordinating across engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure quality delivery on time and within scope.

 

What You'll Do:

 - Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.

 - Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to define project scopes, requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
