As a Founding Engineer, you will take ownership of complex technical work across the infrastructure stack and help shape the product through direct customer collaboration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

 - Read and debug open-source repositories to understand third-party dependencies.

 - Collaborate with teammates on infrastructure-related customer needs and share product feedback.

 - Propose and drive work independently within two-week project cycles.

 - Talk with customers directly and incorporate their needs into infrastructure decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 - A strong background in distributed systems or infrastructure.

 - Experience owning end-to-end technical problems, from architecture through deployment.

 - Sound judgment debugging complex production systems under pressure, including system-level investigation using shell access and log analysis.
