 About the Role 
 This role is the day-to-day backbone of the region's workforce. You'll support your manager on coverage across every site — flagging gaps early and stepping in to close them. Training and compliance, though, are yours to own: you run it, keep it current, and make sure every worker's records stay accurate and audit-ready at all times.

 Create an Impact:
• Own day-to-day scheduling across every site in the region
• Monitor and manage our flexible staffing platforms — filling coverage gaps and keeping the workforce pool running smoothly
• Onboard and train new workers joining the temporary staffing network
• Keep training and onboarding records accurate and up to date, and run regular check-ins so the team is always ready
• Help make sure every site stays staffed, every shift — stepping in personally, including as a runner between sites and merchant locations
• Contribute feedback and ideas that strengthen processes, product experiences, and regional reliability.
• Identify where training is missing and create new content to close the gap
 Team Collaboration:
• Be the first call for your manager — flagging coverage or compliance issues before they turn into bigger problems
• Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance
