ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a growing AI team building voice automation software. You will work across backend systems and customer-facing interfaces to make AI-powered conversations reliable, easy to configure, and useful at scale.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

 - Develop product features such as prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.

 - Build scalable full-stack systems, including polished user interfaces, robust APIs, and deployment workflows.

 - Lead projects from architecture through production, owning implementation, deployment, and iteration.

 - Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that help customers get started quickly.

 - Support customer onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and incorporate feedback into product improvements.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 - At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including substantial full-stack work.

 - Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS.

 - Deep knowledge of backend distributed systems.

 - Experience at venture-backed startups or a strong track record of growth in a larger technology organization.

 - Voice AI experience or senior- or staff-level engineering experience is beneficial.

 - Strong computer science fundamentals, collaborative communication, and an ownership mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
