WHAT YOU'LL DO

 - Lead greenfield development for enterprise products and related consumer app improvements.

 - Partner with the CEO to shape near-term and longer-term product priorities.

 - Build, debug, and evaluate AI agents, including prompt engineering and evaluation harnesses.

 - Help establish SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance practices so products are ready for enterprise use.

 - Mentor engineers, coordinate work, review code, and support team growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 - Six or more years of full stack engineering experience, ideally in the six to ten year range.

 - Experience shipping consumer or user-facing products from 0 to 1 at an early-stage or high-growth company.

 - Strong hands-on skills with React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI, plus cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, and Firestore.

 - Production experience with LLMs, including agent orchestration, prompt and context design, tool use, evaluations, guardrails, and observability.

 - Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers, with a high bar for product quality and front-end craft.

 - Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is valuable, as is familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, Figma, and modern AI services.
