About the Team
On the Mobile team, the goal is to give sellers everything they need to work their pipeline when they're away from their desk: their daily tasks, calls, email, SMS, meetings, deal insights and an AI assistant. We own Outreach's native iOS and Android apps end to end. That includes a voice dialer built on Twilio, CallKit and Android's Telecom framework, real-time messaging, conversation recordings, forecasting, and Ask Outreach, our AI assistant. Many of our customers are large enterprises that manage their devices with Microsoft Intune, so the bar on security, reliability and privacy is high.
As our Senior Staff Engineer, you'll be the technical lead for mobile across both platforms. You'll guide the design of our feature work, estimate and plan it with product and engineering leadership, and drive it from kickoff to the App Store and Google Play. Both app
