About the role

The Andela Talent Cloud platform runs Andela’s business. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the platform's day-to-day: prioritization, feature development, roadmap, metrics, and maintaining a high quality bar. Andela’s throughput and quality of delivery ride on how well the platform works. You'll also help shape where the product goes next as Andela defines what it means to be relevant in the AI age.



What you'll own

 - Full day-to-day ownership of the ATC platform
   Prioritize needs across our client, operational, and talent users.
   

 - Fixing immediate pain points
   Close feature gaps that force staff into off-platform workarounds.  You’ll have a mandate to
