 We are the leader in Kubernetes Backup and Disaster Recovery. Veeam Kasten , our data management platform purpose-built for Kubernetes, provides enterprise operations teams with an easy-to-use, scalable, and secure system for backup and restore, disaster recovery, and application mobility with unparalleled operational simplicity. 
 We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to guide a team of engineers and collaborate with them on our Veeam Kasten data management platform, ensuring top-tier security and excellence. 
 What You’ll Do 
• Leading a team of engineers, mentoring and growing them
• Collaborating with product managers and other engineering teams to deliver new product features
• Owning (designing, developing in Go, and testing) significant features in the Veeam Kasten product related to backup and recovery of Kubernetes applications, databases, and storage systems
