 Engineering Manager, Engagements to Payments 
 About the team 
 Engagements to Payments (E2P) looks after how accounting firms get paid. That covers the whole journey: proposals and engagement letters, time and budgets, invoicing, online payments, collections, and syncing with accounting systems like Xero and QuickBooks Online. This part of Karbon touches our customers’ revenue, so quality and data integrity really matter.

 What’s ahead 
• Keep building out the E2P feature set, so firms can manage everything from engagements to payments in Karbon.
• Help larger firms (20 to 1,000+ seats) run their billing on Karbon, with support for multiple entities, business units and granular permissions.
• Move our core billing screens from Ember to React, and break parts of our monolith into independently deployable services.
