The Role

Our Data Engineering team is growing! We're looking for a Head of Data Engineering to join our team in London.

In this role you will lead the data engineering team that powers the Quantum Platform, own the technical strategy and delivery roadmap for our data infrastructure, and turn business ambition into intelligence that scales.



Key Responsibilities

 - Build, lead and develop a high-performing data engineering team, recruiting and retaining engineers who take pride in what they ship and how it performs

 - Set and own the data engineering technical strategy, so our data infrastructure scales with the business

 - Lead the delivery roadmap, meeting business objectives and making well-reasoned trade-offs where they are needed
