Scopely is looking for a Director of Product Performance to serve and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO!, in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

 What You Will Do 
 The Director of Product, Performance will lead a diverse team of performance product managers, economy designers, and analysts . Your mission will be to drive performant and innovative Live Operations, monetization strategy, and long-term roadmap execution , ensuring engaging, innovative experiences for players.
 This role involves working across many cross-functional teams to optimize in-game events, content, and sales while setting and achieving weekly and monthly KPI and revenue goals .
• Lead the scheduling and execution of Monopoly GO’s calendar of live events, offers, and content updates to enhance player experience, keep the game fresh and engaging, and drive revenue growth .
• Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of performance product managers, economy designers, and analysts .
