JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Data Analytics to lead our growing analytics team. In this role, you will oversee data analytics operations, develop data-driven strategies, and drive business insights that inform key decision-making. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, partnering with business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring the organization leverages advanced analytic tools and methodologies.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES

 - Lead and manage the data analytics department, establishing the vision and strategy for advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data management.

 - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

 - Partner with business units and technology teams to identify analytic opportunities, assess data needs, and deliver actionable insights.

 - Oversee the development and implementation of analytics dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualizations to track business performance and inform strategy.

 - Drive the deployment and optimization of advanced analytics tools, predictive models, and data infrastructure.
