As a (Senior) Operations Engineer, you keep that network running. You're the technical backbone of our Operations team: analysing and resolving issues across chargers, backend systems and communication, steering the external partners who maintain our sites, and making sure our monitoring gives us a full picture of network health. When something goes wrong anywhere across our network, you're the person who works out why and makes sure it doesn't happen again. 
This is a hands-on technical role with real scope to shape how we operate at scale. As the network grows, so does the need for sharper processes, better tooling and knowledge that's shared rather than siloed, and you'll drive all three. 
 Your responsibilities:  
 • Ensure high availability and quality of IONITY HPC network 
• Ensure effficient operations processes 
• Support IONITY Operations with technical analysis and problem solving for the IONITY Network 
• Provide learnings, insights and how to’s concerning troubleshooting of IONITY’s HPC Network towards the IONITY team and external support 
• Steering of external partners for operating IONITY's HPC Network 
• Ensure 360°-Mo
