As Head of FRAM Change & Tech, you will lead the function's change, automation and technology agenda, turning a wide range of improvement ideas into one clear, prioritised and delivered portfolio. Reporting to the Director of FRAM, you will set a multi-year automation ambition that reshapes how FRAM works, rather than simply improving it step by step. While the role starts without direct reports, it is designed to grow into a leadership position, with a team of change and automation specialists built over time through internal moves and new hires. You will work as a peer with Product & Technology leadership to secure FRAM's place on company-wide roadmaps, partner with our PIA team to identify and business-case automation and AI-enabled solutions, and work closely with FRAM operational leaders, Compliance, Legal and Commercial. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a regulated, multi-market business scales its fraud, risk and AML operations, making sure FRAM is never the constraint on new products, markets or regulation.
