From our labs in Freiburg to San Francisco, we're building what comes next.   WHY THIS ROLE We at Black Forest labs are seeking a Solutions Engineer to facilitate the adoption of our models among a growing customer base and collaborate with them to address complex technical challenges. The Solutions Engineer will be an integral part of our GTM team, which is dedicated to driving the successful deployment of BFL models. They will work hand-in-hand with customers from the pre-sale stage to post-implementation, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. In this role, you’ll manage daily customer relations involving multiple stakeholders (CEO, Sales team, research scientists, and engineers) and also function as a key resource in externalising our research in production settings.
