 The role 
 We seek an experienced Senior Program Manager join the Strategic Initiatives team. In this role, you will be collaborating with various departments including, product, engineering, legal andfinance, leading technical product programs for the business. 
 Your responsibilities will include: 
• 
 Own initiatives end-to-end, including scope, sequencing, dependency tracking and decision unblocking.
• 
 Partner with product, engineering, legal, finance/SOX, sales, marketing and operations to deliver strategic initiatives.
• 
 Proactively identify, communicate and escalate cross-functional risks before they affect delivery or launch.
• 
 Create and maintain core planning documents, including PRDs, rollback plans, launch communications, risk logs and analytics.
