We're looking for a Product Designer to own the experience where users control their relationship with our products — the User Control Panel (UCP) and account management platform.




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 - Own your surface end to end. Core account lifecycle experience is yours. On occasion, you'll also shape internal tools or Support Center flows where they touch the core account experience. From raw insight or vague ticket to a clear problem statement, explored directions, and a shipped, measured solution.
