ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Mission Software Specialist at UFORCE, you’ll help customers deploy, operate, and sustain our software-enabled autonomous systems in real-world mission environments.

You’ll be the technical bridge between customers, field operations, product, and engineering—owning software deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational readiness in the field. From preparing a system for deployment to resolving an issue during a customer mission, you’ll take responsibility for making the software work where it matters.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role for someone who enjoys working across software, networking, and edge-compute systems. You’ll work independently, travel frequently, and turn field experience into better products and more repeatable deployments.
