 Über die Rolle 
 Als R&D Operations Manager:in unterstützt du unser R&D-Team fachlich und organisatorisch bei administrativen, operativen und controllingnahen Aufgaben. Du unterstützt die Koordination, Abrechnung und Dokumentation unserer Forschungs- und Förderprojekte sowie die operative Betreuung zentraler R&D-Prozesse, Reporting- und Kommunikationsformate und Softwaretools. 
 Die Rolle eignet sich besonders für Personen mit erster Erfahrung im Controlling, Projektmanagement, Operations- oder Assistenzbereich, idealerweise im Forschungs-, Innovations- oder Fördermittelumfeld. Wichtig sind ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, ein Verständnis für administrative und organisatorische Abläufe sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Informationen und Aufgaben strukturiert zu bearbeiten. Zudem bringst du Interesse an neuen Technologien und Freude an einer unterstützenden Rolle im Team mit.
