 The Role   
 As a Product Designer, you’ll own the design of complex, data ‑ rich experiences that support decision ‑ making for administrators and improve clarity and usability across our platform. 
 You’ll work as a senior individual contributor within a cross ‑ functional product team : Design, Product, Engineering, bringing product design expertise to your product area. While Product Management owns roadmap direction and prioritisation, you will play a critical role in informing decisions through research, design exploration, and user ‑ centred evidence, translating complexity into intuitive, accessible solutions. 
 This role sits within a newly established team focused on analytics, dashboards, and reporting, where you’ll elevate usability, interaction design, and data visualisation quality across StarRez products.
