At Railway, we make it extremely simple for engineers to deploy logic without thinking about servers. Our goal is to make developers orders of magnitude more efficient by becoming the operating system for modern development.

Content marketing is an often misunderstood role, and we have shaped this particular role to be focused on AEO via a combination of writing and engineering. You should be knowledgeable about modern cloud infra, how to rank in both search and agents, and be an excellent writer.

This is a high impact, high agency role where you are given a high degree of autonomy to work with any function you desire while receiving any support from the team you need. As an early hire in this area, we expect you to wear a lot of hats while setting the strategy.

About the role

For this role, you will:

 - Research and report on our current performance in search, agents, and LLM chat to inform where our content needs to be improved or added to.

 - Engineer content across our owned assets to drive both conventional search (SEO) as well as agentic search (AEO).
