No. Every role on the board is open to everyone, and each one links to the company’s own posting. An account adds the assistant.

How do you choose which roles to show?

Every role comes from the company that’s hiring and links to their own posting. We keep only tech roles, sort each one by discipline, level, workplace and region so the filters mean something, and take roles down once they close.

Does it apply to jobs for me?

No. It finds roles and writes drafts, and tells you where to send each one. You read it, change what you like and send it yourself.

Will it make things up in my cover letter?

It’s built not to. Every figure, date, contact detail and claim in a draft is checked against your resume, profile and documents. Anything it can’t back up is sent back and rewritten before you see it.
