WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area.
- Translate learner needs, behavioural insights, and business priorities into clear product opportunities, hypotheses, and initiatives.
- Lead continuous discovery and experimentation to find effective ways to strengthen engagement, retention, and learning outcomes.
- Define success metrics and evaluate performance. Use quantitative data, qualitative research, competitive insights, and learner feedback to guide prioritisation and decisions.
