Control Risks is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join a 24/7 global intelligence team supporting a key client. The Analyst will monitor the global threat landscape, assess emerging risks, respond to requests for information, support investigations and incident response, and deliver timely intelligence to client stakeholders.
Working closely with Senior Analysts, the Analyst will conduct daily open-source monitoring and analysis while supporting the client’s broader intelligence and crisis response requirements. The role provides an opportunity to develop intelligence tradecraft in a fast-paced environment where real-world events can directly affect the client’s operations, people, and reputation.
- Monitor global events, online threats, and emerging risks using all-source intelligence, including alert feeds, traditional and social media, and in-house sources, to assess potential impact on the client’s users, platform, people, and reputation.
- Triage and escalate potential incidents to relevant stakeholders according to the intelligence team’s severity framework and escalation protocols.
- Support Trust & Safety in monitoring and responding to issues on or involving the platform.
- Respond to requests for information from Trust & Safety and cross-functional partners with timely, well-sourced products, including data and visualizations where useful.
