About the role
Lucie Health Marketplace is a new all-in-one storefront that will change how Americans shop for healthcare. Consumers buy cars, homes, and everyday products with transparency and choice. Healthcare is next. Lucie’s platform can serve millions of entrepreneurs, full- and part-time employees, gig workers, and early retirees.
This marketplace will serve D2C and CHOICE employee shoppers - guiding them with AI and broker support as they shop health plans, supplemental products, telehealth benefits, and other healthcare goods and services.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Lucie Health Marketplace team, You will lead marketplace product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams. You will prioritize the marketplace roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, user experience, AI investments, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with Product Managers responsible for the enrollment platform and ICHRA tooling to create an end-to-end shopping experience.
You will report into a Director, Product Management.
