About the role
As a Staff Product Designer, you are accountable for business outcomes, not just design quality and customer delight. You work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems, explore and validate solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior.
Design at Coast is AI first and builder-led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish.
