As Product Manager, End-User Adoption at Bitwarden, you will contribute to the strategy and execution for how individuals and employees get started with Bitwarden and make it part of their daily routine across the browser extension, web, and desktop apps. You will be meticulous about the first-run and onboarding experience, autofill reliability, and the everyday vault workflows, such as searching, organizing, and filling, that determine whether someone keeps using the product. You will become an expert on Bitwarden persons, supporting both expert and novice users. You will partner with other PMs, Design, Engineering, QA, and GTM to build features that are simple, trustworthy, and work the way people expect, whether they are an individual or an employee rolling out a company-wide deployment. You will partner with Marketing, Support, and Customer Success on how product improvements turn into activation, retention, and fewer support requests.
