About the role
Forter's Chargeback Recovery (CBR) and Dispute Management products help the world's largest merchants autonomously win back revenue lost to chargebacks. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Tel Aviv to own this domain end-to-end, reporting to our Product Director, Risk Platform.
This is a unique opportunity to own a product that sits at the intersection of payments, integrations and AI transformation. You'll own the strategy and roadmap for how Forter ingests disputes from payment service providers (PSPs), builds and submits evidence, and recovers revenue for merchants. That includes our transition toward in-house dispute capabilities and a growing ecosystem of PSP integrations. You’ll work alongside Engineering and Decision Science teams in building the product capabilities, and alongside Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to bring it to market and make it land with enterprise merchants.

What you'll be doing
- Roadmap & Strategy: Define the vision and long-term roadmap for Chargeback Recovery and Dispute Management. You'll make the hard calls on build vs. partner, automation vs. manual operations, and where to invest in improving the customer experience.
