ABOUT THE ROLE
You care about building products that people actually use, not just apps that look good in a demo. In previous roles, you were likely the person who took a feature from idea to the App Store and made sure it kept working once real users got their hands on it.
At Tandem, you'll own our mobile apps and shape where they go next. Our apps are newly launched and currently built around a web view, and we expect to move towards native over time. You'll play a key role in that journey: deciding what to build natively, when, and how, together with the team.
Mobile will be your home base, but this is not a siloed role. You'll be a fullstack engineer at heart and will also help out across other products and parts of our platform, wherever your skills make the biggest difference.
You move fast, but not carelessly. You work in a healthcare context where reliability, security and trust matter, and you know how to balance shipping quickly with building things that hold up. You care about the end us
