ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Field Deployment Manager – Technical Solutions to lead the successful deployment of connected building technology across commercial properties while providing hands-on technical support for complex deployment and customer issues.
This is primarily a project ownership and deployment management role, with a strong technical component. You will manage deployments from pre-installation planning through final go-live, coordinating third-party installers, contractors, client IT teams, facilities teams, and other stakeholders.
Approximately 20% of the role may involve technical support and ticketing, focused primarily on issues that require genuine troubleshooting depth rather than routine support. Basic knowledge-base lookups, simple backend provisioning, and other straightforward requests will be handled internally.
