Your Role
As Senior Product Manager - Billing & Subscription Management, you will own emnify’s billing, charging, invoicing, and subscription capabilities from problem discovery through solution definition, delivery, go-to-market, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with an interdisciplinary engineering and product team, you will shape products that support our customers, sales organization, finance processes, and commercial growth. You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other Product teams to turn complex commercial requirements into scalable solutions.
Your Impact
- Own the product direction end to end: identify customer and business problems, define measurable outcomes, shape the roadmap, and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to prioritize opportunities.
- Create alignment across complex stakeholder groups: bring Engineering, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other relevant teams together, clarify trade-offs, and communicate decisions and progress clearly and concisely.
- Lead solution discovery and agile delivery: compare solution options, assess commercial and implementation risks, maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap, and guide the team from well-defined problems through successful releases.
- Make new billing capabilities usable across the organization: prepare clear product documentation, coordinate release readiness, and train Finance, Sales, and other internal stakeholders on new billing, subscription, invoicing, or charging processes.
